The PLC System is operated via a Touch Screen Interface. The programme which operates the Suite has three security levels, as follows:- Operator access, allowing the operator to select a pre-determined recipe entering his/her name and batch details. When the operator has completed vacuum loading, the remainder of the operation is automatic. |
 This level is to validate new products and enter all the parameters of the system to be saved as a fixed recipe, by selecting the following:-
The open recipe allows the technician to look at each individual operation of the system giving full control allowing the PLC to log all of the data. B. Modifying a Recipe

 This level is for the use of the maintenance department allowing the engineer to select manual control to test and service the system. |
